
Barbecue Pork Wrap 
Serves: 4 person(s)Preparation Time: 20 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Spicy pork and salad wrapped in pita bread.
Ingredients:4 lean pork leg schnitzels, butterfly, or minute steaks 1/2 Tbsp BBQ seasoning or sprinkle e.g. Cajun, Mexican, barbecue 2 medium onions, sliced 4 lettuce leaves 2 large tomatoes, sliced 1 cucumber, sliced 2 spring onions, chopped 4 pita breads (or tortillas or lavash) 4 Tbsp BBQ sauce Directions:Cut pork schnitzels or butterfly steaks in half. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with a good spicy barbecue seasoning. Variations:
Add your own extra twist: Top with some sour cream, mayonnaise or spicy Mexican tomato salsa. Season the onions during cooking with a dash of beer or Worcestershire sauce. Serve with your own lettuce salad and vegetable dips. Sliced roasts, steaks and gourmet sausages are also ideal for barbecue wraps and sandwiches. Author:
