
Vegetable & Garlic Chicken with Rice

Ingredients:300 g SunRice Doongara CleverRice 1 L water 1 coat of olive oil spray 400 g chicken breast or thigh fillets, thinly sliced 1 Tbsp crushed garlic 2 cup vegetables: red capsicum, green beans, broccoli 2 Tbsp oyster sauce 1/4 cup salt -reduced liquid chicken stock Directions:Bring water and rice to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stand, covered, while preparing chicken. Variations:
