
Vegetable Rice Pasta with Blackbean Sauce

Ingredients:250 g packet Orgran Vegetable Rice Spiral Pasta, or other Orgran Rice Pasta of your choice 200 g ripened tomatoes 2 green shallots, sliced 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 fresh red chilli, chopped 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, drained, sliced 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped 2 Tbsp tomato paste 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp vegetable stock* 30 g black beans, salted 1/3 tsp ground ginger 1 green shallot, chopped, extra Directions:Add Orgran Pasta to large pot of boiling water and cook according to instructions on the packet, drain, rinse under warm running water, drain.
