Ingredients:400 g chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 375 g tagliatelle 200 g baby green beans, topped (not tailed) and sliced from end to end on the diagonal 1/2 cup chicken stock 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated 50 g basil leaves Directions:Place the chicken, extra virgin olive oil and garlic in a bowl and stir to combine.
