
Mushroom Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:400 g spaghetti 2 rashers bacon, lean, finely chopped 1/2 cup white wine 3 eggs, lightly beaten 2 Tbsp cream, reduced fat 1 cup sliced flat mushrooms 1 freshly ground black pepper 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped to garnish Directions:Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.
