Mushroom Pasta Carbonara

Mushrooms make a great addition to this family favourite!
400 g spaghetti
2 rashers bacon, lean, finely chopped
1/2 cup white wine
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp cream, reduced fat
1 cup sliced flat mushrooms
1 freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped to garnish
Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain and keep warm.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese and a salad of mixed lettuce leaves, if desired. Serving suggestions not included in nutritional information.
