
Fettuccine with Mushrooms and Bacon

Ingredients:350 g fettuccine pasta 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 200 g bacon, trimmed and chopped 2 cup sliced mushrooms 200 g light sour cream 1 freshly ground black pepper, to taste Directions:Cook fettuccine according to directions on the packet. Heat butter in frying pan. Add onion, garlic and bacon. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Variations:Serve with grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
