Ingredients:
2 thin slices mixed grain bread
1/2 small carrot, 50g
1 tsp Flora Light margarine
25 g Coon Extra Light cheese
10 g walnuts
Directions:Grate carrot. Roughly chop walnuts.
Lightly spread bread with margarine. Layer carrot, walnuts and cheese between bread slices. Serve.

If adding mayonnaise (1 tablespoon, 20g), use a reduced-free variety and allow an extra 30 calories, 0.5g fat.
