Lean turkey and ham with salad on multigrain.

Ingredients:

2 thin slices multigrain bread

2 tsp reduced fat margarine (e.g Flora Light), 10g

45 g lean Leg Ham, fresh

45 g lean Turkey breast

75 g mixed salad


Directions:

Lightly spread bread with margarine.

Top bread with layers of turkey, salad and ham.

Cover with remaining slice of bread.

Variations:

Skip the margarine and save yourself 45 calories and 5g fat.
