100 g Austrimi surimi
2 Tbsp mayonnaise, reduced-fat
1 pickled gherkin, finely chopped
1/2 stick celery, very fine chopped
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
1/4 tsp sea salt & cracked balck pepper
4 bread, slices
Roughly chop the surimi & place into a bowl with mayonnaise, gherkin, celery & onion. Stir to combine ingredients & season to taste.
