Very satisfying combination of prawns, egg, lettuce and mayo.

Ingredients:

2 thin slices mixed grain bread (30g each)

1 large egg (53g), hard-boiled, peeled and sliced

50 g prawns, tinned, drained

1 Tbsp Salad Magic mayonnaise, cholesterol free, 20g

1 lettuce leaf, finely shredded


Directions:

Lightly spread mayo on one slice of bread. Add egg slices, prawns and lettuce. Top with remaining slice of bread.

Serve.
