Lean ham, cream cheese and mustard makes a delicious combination.
2 thin slices multigrain bread (60g)
45 g 97% fat-free ham
1 Tbsp extra light spreadable cream cheese
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
On one slice of bread, spread the cream cheese; on the another, spread the mustard.
Serve with a leafy salad for a more filling meal.
