Sweet banana with dates.

Ingredients:

2 thin slices multigrain bread

2 tsp reduced fat margarine (e.g. Flora Light), 10g

4 pitted dates, 25g

1 small (100g) banana, mashed


Directions:

Finely dice dates; set aside.

Spread bread with margarine, then pile on mashed banana. Cover with dates and close with remaining slice of bread.
