Moist and spicy egg sandwich.
2 thin slices multi grain bread (30g each)
1 Tbsp Salad Magic mayonnaise, cholesterol free, 20g
1 large egg (53g), hard-boiled, peeled
1/4 tsp curry powder, or to taste
In a small bowl, mash egg well. Add curry powder and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
