A savoury mix of turkey bacon, cream cheese and salad.

Ingredients:

2 thin slices mixed grain bread (30g each)

1 piece of turkey bacon, grilled

25 g mixed salad

1 Tbsp cream cheese, extra light


Directions:

Pre-cook bacon; set aside.

Lightly spread bread with cream cheese.

Arrange bacon and salad on bread; top with remaining bread.

Serve.
