2 thin slices mixed grain bread (30g each)
2 tsp Flora Light margarine, 10g
2 Tbsp cottage cheese,lowfat, 40g
50 g salmon in brine, drained
In a small bowl, lightly combine cottage cheese and salmon.
If you're watching your weight, simply omit the margarine and save 45 calories and 5g fat.
