Tender chicken breast with salad and mayo.

Ingredients:

2 thin slices mixed grain bread (30g each)

2 tsp Flora Light margarine, 10g

40 g lean chicken breast, baked

50 g mixed salad (e.g. lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts)

1 Tbsp Salad Magic mayonnaise, cholesterol free, 20g


Directions:

Lightly spread bread with margarine and mayonnaise.

Top one slice of bread with chicken and salad and close with remaining bread.

Serve.

I agree angelbear. If i have some kind of mayo or sauce on a sandwich I never add margarine - there is no need for it.

I have found that if I take out the margarine .. mayo makes a good ''spread'' at the best of times.
