A classic combination - bacon, lettuce and tomato with mayonnaise. Yum!

Ingredients:

2 thin slices mixed grain bread (30g each)

1 leaf lettuce, 10g

3 slices medium tomato, 60g

1 Tbsp Salad Magic mayonnaise, cholesterol free, 20g

60 g lean bacon, grilled


Directions:

Pre-cook bacon and set aside.

Lightly spread bread with mayonnaise.

Layer lettuce, bacon and tomato on one slice of bread; top with remaining bread.

Serve.
