Simple, but satisfying sandwich.

Ingredients:

2 thin slices mixed grain bread (30g each)

50 g raw avocado

3 leaves lettuce (30g)


Directions:

Roughly shred lettuce.

Spread avocado on one slice of bread, pile on lettuce and top with slice of bread.

Serve.

Variations:

Extras: If adding reduced fat margarine (1 teaspoon, 5g): allow an extra 23 calories, 2.5g fat.
