Creamy Tuna Pasta

A quick and easy meal idea, great for lunch or dinner.
1 can (425g) tuna flakes in spring water, drained
1 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
400 g pasta
4 spring onions
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch of salt & pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Add some chopped chilli to spice things up. Serve with a large green salad. Nutritional information does not include serving suggestions.
