
Mushroom, Lamb and Broccolini Stir-fry

Ingredients:2 Tbsp soy sauce, salt-reduced 2 Tbsp oyster sauce 2 Tbsp honey 300 g lamb loin or fillets, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp peanut oil 1 brown onion, cut into wedges 300 g button mushrooms, halved 1 bunch broccolini, washed and chopped 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced Directions:Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey in a medium bowl.
