Crunchy, raw sprouts are delicious served with marinated lamb and tabouli. Try these great wraps for a picnic or tasty lunch!

Ingredients:

250 g lean lamb fillets

1 punnet (125g) Parilla Fresh salad sprouts

4 kebab wraps (55 g)

200 g natural yoghurt, low-fat

1 small tub (200g) fresh tabouli

2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard

2 Tbsp honey

2 tsp sprigs fresh rosemary


Directions:

Combine wholegrain mustard, honey and rosemary in a bowl, mix well, add lamb fillets, coat well, cover and refrigerate 10 min.

Cook marinated lamb fillets in oiled pan on high heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned and just cooked through.

Slice into strips. Layout kebab wraps, layer with salad sprouts, lamb, and tabouli and add 1-2 tbsp natural yoghurt, wrap and serve.
