Authentically flavoured lamb kebab, perfect for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:

500 g lamb mince

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp coriander

1 Tbsp grated lemon rind

1/2 cup finely chopped parsley


Directions:

Soak bamboo skewers in water for several hours.

Combine lamb mince, onion, garlic, spices, lemon rind and parsley in a bowl. Mix well. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into ovals. Thread three ovals onto each skewer. Grill kebabs until cooked through and golden brown.

Serve immediately with Lebanese bread and sautéed sliced zucchini and red capsicum.
