
Lamb fillets with Mustard Pear Sauce

Ingredients:2 pears, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup chicken stock, salt-reduced 1/2 cup water 600 g lamb fillets, lean, trimmed 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tsp wholegrain mustard 1 Tbsp cornflour Directions:Combine pear slices with orange juice, stock and water in a saucepan.
