Ingredients:100 g lean lamb steak 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp tomato paste 1 tsp mango chutney 1 Tbsp water 2 lettuce leaves, shredded 2 spring onions, sliced 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce 1 medium tomato, diced 2 sheets lavash bread (60g each) Directions:Slice lamb lengthwise into four strips.
