All the flavours of summer in the Meditteranean in this quick and easy pasta.

Ingredients:

400 g shell pasta

1 Tbsp canola oil

1 clove garlic

1 onion

425 g can tuna, drained

425 g can SPC Crushed Tomatoes with Olives & Oregano


Directions:

Bring a pot of water to the boil and add pasta. Cook until it is al dente and drain.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan, then add garlic and onion and saute until soft. Add tomatoes and tuna and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve sauce over hot pasta shells.

Very tasty - used 400g uncooked pasta. large servings. added cayenne pepper to give it a bite.
