
French-style Snapper 
Serves: 4 person(s)Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 25 mins Snapper fillets in white wine.
Ingredients:500 g snapper fillets 4 shallots, chopped 1 Tbsp parsley 1 Tbsp chives 1 Tbsp fresh thyme or marjoram 3 Tbsp white wine (60ml) 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste) Directions:Arrange fish fillets in a casserole dish. Layer the shallots and herbs on top of the fish. Add wine, garlic and herbs. Cover lightly with a sheet of baking paper. Variations:Whiting or flathead fillets are also ideal for this recipe. Author:
