
Chinese Celery Pork

Ingredients:400 g lean boneless pork 1 Tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp cornflour 120 mL fat free beef stock 1 tsp canola oil 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 4 sticks celery, sliced 6 shallots, chopped 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges Directions:Remove all visible fat from pork.
