
Kangaroo Burgers

Suggestions:Use kangaroo mince as you would any other meat mince. It can be used for burgers, meatballs, pasta sauces and savouries. Kangaroo mince is very lean, so you can add your own flavours and binders and produce healthy meals for yourself and your family.
Ingredients:400 g kangaroo mince 1 egg (50g) 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup fresh herbs 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 3 Tbsp tomato sauce 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch pepper 1 zucchini 1 chilli (optional) Directions:Chop onion, chilli, herbs and garlic finely.
