
Marinated Snapper with Avocado Relish

Ingredients:1/2 cup low-fat plain yoghurt 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp black mustard seeds 4 pink snapper fillets 1 avocado, diced 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 2 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 freshly ground black pepper, to taste Directions:Combine yoghurt, garlic and spices in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Place fish fillets in a shallow dish. Pour over yoghurt mixture. Turn fillets to coat underside. Cover. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes. Author:
