Marinated Grilled Baby Snapper

Ingredients:

4 baby snapper

1 juice of lemon

2 juice of lime

1 garlic cloves, crushed

1/4 cup oyster sauce

1 Tbsp chilli sauce

6 spring onions, finely chopped

1 freshly ground black pepper


Directions:

Score each fish twice on each side at the thickest part. Combine lemon rind and juice, garlic, oyster sauce and chilli sauce. Brush onto fish.

Grill fish on an oiled hotplate until just cooked, turning once only. Sprinkle fish with pepper and spring onions.

Variations:

Serve with extra lemon or lime wedges and barbecued pumpkin and asparagus. Serving suggestions are not included in the nutritional information.
