Ingredients:1 quantity cooked Sushi Rice Recipe 8 or 9 roasted seaweed sheets (yaki-nori), quartered 1 lebanese cucumber (100g), seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise 100 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp wasabi (green horseradish) 1/4 cup Japanese soy sauce 2 Tbsp pickled ginger (optional) Directions:Hold a quarter sheet of seaweed flat in the palm of your hand.
