
Fish and Avocado Burgers

Ingredients:4 white fish fillets 2 Tbsp reduced-fat ricotta cheese 1 freshly ground black pepper, to taste 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 avocado, mashed 1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley 4 brown bread rolls, halved 1 ripe tomato, sliced 4 cup mushrooms, finely sliced 1/2 red onion, sliced 1 alfalfa sprouts Directions:Heat a non-stick frying pan and brush lightly with a little oil.
