
Baked Fish with Parsley Breadcrumbs

Ingredients:4 fish fillets 2 cup fresh breadcrumbs 1 cup finely chopped parsley 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 Tbsp olive oil 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped (sauce) 1 Tbsp lemon juice (sauce) 1 Tbsp butter (sauce) Directions:Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and olive oil. Place fish in a single layer on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Spread breadcrumb mixture over fish. Bake in a moderate oven until fish is cooked and breadcrumbs golden.
