
Warm Spicy Grapes and Figs

Ingredients:200 g seedless green grapes 6 figs, sliced 1 Tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 tsp mixed spice 1 Tbsp brown sugar 200 g carton low-fat natural yoghurt Directions:Place grapes and figs into a baking tray. Mix through honey, vanilla and mixed spice. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over fruit. Place under hot grill for 3-5 minutes. Serve warm with a large dollop of natural yoghurt. Author:
