Ingredients:2 medium sized ripe Bosc pears, peeled 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1 Tbsp Grand Marinier or orange liqueur 1 rind from one orange, shredded Directions:Mix together orange juice and liqueur in a small microwave-safe jug.
