An authentic Middle Eastern treat.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 L So Good Now soy drink

1/4 cup honey

3/4 cup short-grain white rice

1/2 cup Sanitarium sultanas

1/4 tsp ground cardamon (optional)

1 Tbsp pistachio nuts, chopped


Directions:

Place So Good Now, honey, rice and sultanas in a large heavy-based saucepan.

Bring mixture to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Add cardamon.

Serve topped with pistachio nuts.
