Ingredients:3 cup Fresh diced fruit of your choice 2 Tbsp Almond meal 1 Tbsp Liqueur of choice 1 Tbsp Cocoa 2 Tbsp Equal Spoonful 8 Filo pastry 1/2 cup Fresh fruit (one kind only) 1 Tbsp Equal Spoonful (extra) Directions:Toss the fruit with the nut meal and liqueur. Variations:For a quick and colourful dessert, try a Fruit Platter with Creamy Dip and Cinnamon Wontons. Slice a platter of your favourite seasonal fruits and serve with Vanilla Ricotta Cream or combine ricotta with low fat fruche for added tang. Make it even more exotic with some Crispy Cinnamon Wontons. Brush wontons (available from Asian Stores and many supermarkets) lightly with oil and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and Equal. Lay on a lined baking tray and bake in a moderate oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Author:
