What more could you ask? This dessert is lowfat, high fibre, cholesterol free AND delicious.
10 1/2 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
14.88 oz can pie apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp custard powder
1 Tbsp castor sugar
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup untoasted muesli
3 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon, extra
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine raspberries, apple and cinnamon together and spoon into a large gratin dish.
In a small saucepan combine custard powder and castor sugar with a little of the milk, to form a paste. Add remaining milk and heat, stirring until thickened.
Pour custard over fruit and top with combined remaining ingredients. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

By: lritchie88 - 2009-05-01 The honey doesn''t appear to be needed in the recipe. There''s no mention of it, apart from in the list of ingredients, However, even without it, this is an excellent recipe. Try pie apricots for a different flavour.
