A creamy low-fat icecream.

Ingredients:

375 mL can reduced fat evaporated milk, chilled

1/2 tsp Sugarine Liquid

1 egg white

1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


Directions:

Place all ingredients into a food processor or mixmaster and process until thick and fluffy.

Pour mixture into a freezer proof bowl and freeze until beginning to set around the edge.

Remove from freezer and beat until smooth.

Return to freezer until firm.
