A mango-lover's delight.

Suggestions:

Frozen mango cheeks are available in supermarkets, if fresh mangos are not available.

Ingredients:

1 cup mango puree

1/4 tsp Sugarine Liquid

1 egg white

2 tsp lemon juice


Directions:

Place all ingredients into a food processor until thick and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour mixture into a freezer proof bowl and freeze until mixture begins to set around the edge.

Remove from freezer and beat in food processor until smooth. Return to bowl and freeze until firm.

Alternatively freeze mixture in an icecream machine for an even better result.
