Ingredients:

1 kg diet vanilla yoghurt

1 cup crushed Italian sponge biscuits

5 yellow peaches, sliced into thin wedges

1/2 cup chopped mint


Directions:

Layer the yoghurt with the crushed biscuits, peaches and mint in four tall glasses. Finish topped with peach slices and mint.
