Ingredients:3/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese 1/4 tsp cocoa powder 1 tsp honey 1/4 cup raspberries Directions:Spoon the ricotta cheese into a dessert dish or small bowl, and flatten it out lightly with a spoon.
