Ingredients:

3/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese

1/4 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp honey

1/4 cup raspberries


Directions:

Spoon the ricotta cheese into a dessert dish or small bowl, and flatten it out lightly with a spoon. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and top with raspberries. Drizzle with the honey and serve. Enjoy!

Variations:

Use thawed frozen raspberries if fresh berries are not available.
