
Mango and Yoghurt Parfaits

Ingredients:3 fresh medium sized mangoes (300g fruit per mango) 2 Tbsp 100% orange juice, no added sugar 4 passionfruit 400 g reduced-fat fruit yoghurt* 20 g raw macadamias, chopped Directions:Peel the mangoes and cut into large chunks. Place ½ cup in a blender with the orange juice and puree until smooth. Variations:
