Ingredients:300 g cooked chicken, finely chopped (1 3/4 cups) 95 g uncooked rice (1/2 cup) 150 g celery (2 sticks), finely chopped 1 carrot, finely chopped 1 capsicum, finely chopped 100 g mushrooms, finely chopped 2 tsp fresh tarragon 2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped 1 tsp fresh sage 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp 'Lite' or table salt 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 3 cup Low Fat Fibre Pastry (375g) Directions:Pre-prepare 3 cups of Low Fat Fibre Pastry.
