
Turkey and Coleslaw Wraps in Light Curry Mayonnaise

Ingredients:200 g leftover roast turkey 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded 1 cup white cabbage, finely shredded 1 carrot, julienne 1 stick celery, julienne 2 shallots, finely sliced 1 green apple, grated 100 g 97% fat-free mayonnaise 1 tsp curry powder, or to taste 10 mL lemon juice 4 Lavash wraps Directions:To make the coleslaw, prepare the dressing first by combining the mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice in a bowl. Next, combine the cabbage, carrots, celery, shallots and apples with the dressing. Variations:
