Ingredients:500 g fresh turkey mince 1 coating of olive oil spray 1 2cm piece fresh ginger, grated 2 Tbsp soy sauce, salt-reduced 4 Tbsp hoisin sauce 1 can (200g) water chestnuts, roughly chopped 1 tsp sesame oil 8 spring onions, thinly sliced 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves 12 iceberg lettuce leaves, washed Directions:In a large frying pan, spray olive oil and cook turkey mince for 5 minutes or until well browned.
