This is a simple and tasty dish that only takes about 20 minutes to cook.

Suggestions:

You could easily substitute your favourite veggies for the vegetables in this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp oil

400 g chicken thigh fillets, cubed

1 cloves garlic

1 medium onion, chopped

2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 bunch bok choy, washed and chopped

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted


Directions:

Heat oil in wok. Add chicken. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through.

Remove chicken. Add garlic, onion and sweet potatoes. Stir-fry until tender. Add chicken, bok choy and sesame oil to wok. Stir-fry until bok choy is just tender.

Serve on noodles, topped with toasted sesame seeds.

how many noodles, how many serves? sounds yummy, but very vague, would be better to give accurate weight of potatoes.
