500 g skin-free chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce (lite, low salt)
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup onions, diced
Using a non-stick frying pan or wok, saute the onions in olive and garlic. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until golden brown.
