1 oil spray
500 g skinless chicken breast, sliced
1/2 cabbage, shredded
1/2 zucchini, grated
3 Tbsp light tartare sauce
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
1 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
40 g low-fat smoked cheese, grated
1/2 cup walnut, slightly crushed
Spray a non-stick pan with oil spray. Grill chicken for 5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
