Exotic chilli and lime flavoured marinade.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup white wine

1/4 cup oyster sauce

1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce

2 Tbsp sugar

1 lime, juiced

8 skinless drumsticks

1 chopped coriander, to garnish


Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except coriander, in a shallow dish. Cover.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove chicken wings from marinade.

Barbecue or grill until golden brown. Sprinkle with coriander.

Variations:

Serve with rice and stir-fried vegetables. Serving suggestion not included in nutritional information.
